Records are deleted 12 months after the last activity
Every person record gets an expiry date 12 months out, and each new public action we record moves it to 12 months from then. A daily job deletes expired records together with their signals and scores. There is nothing to switch on, and it works the same on every plan.
Opting out
If you want us to stop holding data about you, go to the opt-out page and enter your email address, LinkedIn URL or X handle. We then:
- delete matching records in every workspace, and
- block that identifier, so no workspace can add it again.
The block list stores only a one-way hash of the identifier, not the identifier itself, so it can't be read back as a list of contacts.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request from the opt-out page with an email address we can reply to. We confirm that we received it and answer within the time the law allows.
If you use Buyerhint
When someone you contacted asks how you found them, point them to the source on their record and to the opt-out page. Opt-outs take effect in your workspace straight away; you don't need to do anything.
