Remove your data 

Buyerhint helps companies find people who publicly engaged with topics they care about. If that includes you and you'd rather not, remove yourself here. It takes effect immediately, for every customer, and you don't need an account.

Add each email or account separately. We keep only a one-way fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of what you enter, so we can block it without storing it.

Where the data comes from

We never collect hidden or restricted profiles. Every record keeps its source and is deleted automatically 12 months after the last public activity we recorded, or after we added it if it came from a business contact database. In the EU, website visitors are identified at company level only. Details are in our privacy policy.

  • Public posts and engagement

    Public replies, likes, follows and mentions on X, Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub, Bluesky, YouTube and Stack Overflow.

  • LinkedIn

    Only what our customers import themselves (CSV export) or receive through LinkedIn's official APIs. We don't scrape LinkedIn.

  • Business contact database

    Work profiles (name, title, company, country and LinkedIn link) from Apollo, a licensed business contact database, when a customer looks for people in a given role.

  • Work emails

    Found through email-finding providers or Apollo when a customer asks for one, and kept only when verified.

  • Company websites

    Company name, size and country from public pages.

Ask for a copy, a correction or a confirmed deletion

We reply by email within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the address is yours before sending any data.
