How it's scored
Six checks add up to 100. They're rules of thumb for founders and teams who use X to find customers.
- Says who you help 25 points
- What you build and who it's for. A title alone isn't a reason to follow.
- Proof 15 points
- A number: users, revenue, a result.
- Points to your product 15 points
- Your product's @handle or domain, so visitors can find it in one tap.
- No fluff 15 points
- Self-labels like guru, ninja or visionary cost points.
- Hashtags and emoji 15 points
- More than two hashtags reads as spam; more than three emoji as noise.
- Length 15 points
- X allows 160 characters. Under 40 leaves out who it's for.
