MCP server

Use your workspace from Claude and other AI assistants that speak the Model Context Protocol.

Draft. The API is still being built, so endpoints and fields on this page can change before it is stable.

The MCP server lets an AI assistant work with your workspace: find hot leads, explain a score, list fresh signals, check creator campaigns, and save message drafts. Drafts land in your approval queue. No tool sends a message or moves money; you review and send every message yourself.

Endpoint

https://buyerhint.com/api/mcp

It speaks Streamable HTTP. Authenticate with a workspace API key as a bearer token, the same keys as the read API. Create one in Outreach, Integrations, API keys. The key gives access to that one workspace; to work across client workspaces, add one server entry per key.

Claude Code

Shell
claude mcp add --transport http buyerhint https://buyerhint.com/api/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer cf_your_key"

Cursor and other clients with remote servers

mcp.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "buyerhint": {
      "url": "https://buyerhint.com/api/mcp",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer cf_your_key" }
    }
  }
}

Claude Desktop and stdio-only clients

Clients that only run local servers can reach it through mcp-remote. Keep the key in env so it doesn't show up in process lists:

claude_desktop_config.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "buyerhint": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://buyerhint.com/api/mcp", "--header", "Authorization:${AUTH_HEADER}"],
      "env": { "AUTH_HEADER": "Bearer cf_your_key" }
    }
  }
}

Tools

ToolDescription
search_peopleFind people by name, title, handle or email, with their best ICP score.
list_hot_leadsPeople scoring 70 or more on an ideal customer profile, highest first.
get_personOne person with each score, the reasons behind it, and their latest signals.
list_signalsRecent public activity, filtered by kind, platform or time.
create_draftSave a draft for one person, written by you or by Claude. Counts toward your plan's monthly prospects. Never sends.
list_creator_campaignsCreator campaigns with their window, budget, offers and live posts.
list_creator_ordersOffers to creators and where each stands. Amounts are in cents.

Try it

  • “Who are my hottest leads this week, and why did they score high?”
  • “Draft a short, helpful reply to the latest signal from Sam Rivera.”
  • “How is the launch campaign doing? Which creators have posted?”

When it fails

A missing, unknown or revoked key gets 401. Tools report problems in plain words, for example when the plan's prospect limit for the month is used up or a person isn't in the workspace.
